強烈なルビーレッドにスミレ色が加わる。特徴的なアロマはフレッシュなブラック・チェリー、スパイスや甘いヴァニラ。味わいはリッチなタンニンとグリセリン。チェリー、プラムジャムや黒コショウ、ルバーブを連想させる味わいに良い酸味が加わっています。
