醸造：伝統的な天然酵母により発酵後、フレンチオークで18ヶ月熟成。一部新樽使用。This Pinot Noir is from a mix of modern hillside clones and older Valley floor clones from the vineyard. The grapes are fermented in traditional open tanks and then aged in older French oak barrels for 18 months. This Pinot Noir is ruby-colored with aromas of ripe red and black fruits infused with violets and an underlying earthy character. Richly flavored with dense red and black fruits, the palate shows a combination of excellent tannin structure, well-integrated oak, and a rounded, lingering earthy finish.
