「イリゼ」はギリシャ神話における神様「イリス」のことであり、大地と天上の世界、もしくは人と神を繋ぐ象徴のこと。レジ・ポワシネが創る新しいシャンパーニュの時代を象徴するワインで、ワイナリーのヴィジョンを体現化している。50%樽熟成、50%ステンレスタンク熟成。無濾過、軽くドザージュ（3.4g）。2017年4月18日デゴルジュマン。1,702本の少量生産。
≪詳細/Details≫
口の中をシルクのように通り抜ける滑らかさに加え、デリケートだが寛容さもある。味わいは塩気も感じるほどのミネラルにフルーティさも加わり、はっきりとした骨格を形成している。
