醸造：平均樹齢35年。手摘みによる収穫と厳格な選果、ステンレスタンクで20日発酵、20%全房、14ヶ月熟成(新樽1/3)、マロラクティック発酵は4月後半に開始。翌年12月瓶詰。

新鮮なブラックフルーツの繊細で複雑なアロマ。口に含むとスパイスやヴァニラのニュアンスも感じます。タンニンが良く溶け込み、長い余韻が続くピュアな味わいのワインです。

Vinification: Average age of the vines: 35 years. Hand-picked and rigorously sorted, fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days, 20% whole cluster, 14 months aging (1/3 new oak), malolactic fermentation begins in late April. Bottled in December of the following year.

Delicate and complex aromas of fresh black fruits. On the palate, spice and vanilla nuances can also be detected. The tannins are well integrated and the wine is pure with a long, lingering finish.
