    ブラックとブルーベリーのアロマが熟した甘いブラックチェリーの風味と共に溢れます。とてもバランスが良く、柔らかなボディと繊細なストラクチャーのタンニンをもち、新鮮なダークフルーツを豊かに感じます。

    品種:カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン100%
    醸造:手摘みで夜間収穫。房を選別し、除梗後に更に粒を選別。小さな開放式ステンレスタンクで発酵。フレンチオーク(新樽50%)で18ヶ月熟成。

    The fruit was gently sorted and de-stemmed. The fermentation was even and came to complete dryness.  The oak aging rounded out the mouthfeel and contributed beautiful spicy, savory aromas.

    This wine is rich in color, inky with brilliant clarity. The nose is dense with blackberry and black cherry and is a veritable spice box with hints of hay and cedar. The wine is mouth-filling and palate-cleansing with soft tannin; wisps of fresh acidity and gravel intermingle with cigar box notes on the lengthy finish.
