ジュヴレ・シャンベルタンのシャン・フラン区画のブドウ。石灰岩に粘土を含む砂が加わる土壌。1986年に植樹。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。若干のピジャージュ。60～70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35～40%)で16～18ヶ月。
