古樹のブドウから造られる洗練されたワイン。複雑で素晴らしくエレガントな味わい。様々な赤い果実やスパイスのアロマ。しっかりとしたストラクチャーを兼ね備えたワインです。
地方：ブルゴーニュ
産地：ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン
品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：粘土石灰岩で化石化した貝の多いマールが混ざる土壌。1950〜95年に植樹。低温マセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。1日3〜4回のピジャージュ。35%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽30%)で16〜18ヶ月。清澄やろ過はせず、月齢カレンダーに従い瓶詰め。
An excellent, refined wine made using old vines. Complex and highly elegant on the palate. Notes of red fruits and spices. A structured wine with a robust aspect.
