1971年のドイツワイン法制定時に無名の単一畑ジル バーベルクに吸収されたAuf dem Kalkofenの知名度回復の 為2023年より生産。カルコフェンは石灰窯を意味し、昔こ の地で石灰岩が焼かれた事に由来。野生酵母で発酵後、 1200ℓの樽で熟成。
≪詳細/Details≫
野生のハーブや砂糖漬けの柑橘の複雑で上品なアロマ。石 灰岩に由来する豊かなミネラルを伴うドライでスモーキー な味わい。驚くほど長い余韻には僅かに塩味を感じます。
