シャンパーニュ・ロジェ・プイヨン・ペール・エ・フィス 

マルヌ渓谷に位置するR. Pouillon & Filsは、1947年に設立されました。現在、ファブリス・プイヨンは、1998年に家業に加わり、エキサイティングな新しい方向に進むというビジョンを持って、3代目のヴィニュロンを務めています。
ドメーヌは現在、グランデ・ヴァレのアイ、マリューユ・シュル・アイ、アヴェネ・ヴァル・ドール、マルヌ川沿いのエペルネとフェスティニー、モンターニュ・ド・ランスのすぐ北にあるトーシーエール・ミュトリーにわたり7ヘクタール、に30以上のブドウ畑を保有しています。ブドウ畑は有機栽培(2003年認定)が実施され、一部は馬によって耕されています。バイオダイナミックによるアプローチも行われ、すべての果実は手作業で収穫されます。各ブドウ園の区画は、それぞれのテロワールの特徴を示すために個別に醸造されています。
セラー内でのメイキングは伝統的です。圧搾は昔ながらの木製プレス機でゆっくりと慎重に行われ、ジュースは重力によってエナメルコーティングされた金属発酵タンクに入れられます。発酵は土着酵母を使用します。ワインはステンレススチールと古いオーク樽の組み合わせで熟成され、すべてマロラクティック発酵が行われます。
出来上がったワインは、表現力豊かで複雑、フレッシュさと風味の集中感の両方を備えており、生き生きとした香りと信じられないほどの余韻の長さを備えています。

Situated in the Vallée de la Marne, the Champagne house of R. Pouillon & Fils was founded in 1947. Today, Fabrice Pouillon represents the third generation of vigneron to head the house, having joined his family’s business in 1998 with a vision of taking it in an exciting new direction. 
The domaine now holds more than 30 parcels of vines spread over 7 hectares in Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Avenay Val d’Or in the Grande Vallée, Epernay and Festigny along the Marne River, and Tauxières-Mutry, just to the north in the Montagne de Reims. The vineyards are farmed organically (certified in 2003) and partially worked by horse. Biodynamic principles are applied, and all fruit is harvested by hand. Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately to showcase the character of their individual terroir. 
In the cellar, the winemaking style is traditional. The pressings are done slowly and carefully in an ancient wooden press, with the juice flowing by gravity into enamelled iron fermentation tanks. Fermentations are by indigenous yeasts. The wines are aged in a combination of stainless steel and older oak barriques, and all undergo malolactic fermentation.
The resulting wines are expressive and intricately structured, with both freshness and concentration of flavour - vibrantly aromatic with incredible length.
