Located on the famed eastern hillsides of Oakville, Napa Valley, Dalla Valle was founded in 1986 by Naoko Dalla Valle and her late husband Gustav. The estate has earned legendary status for the quality of its Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and is today guided by the mother-and-daughter team of Naoko and Maya Dalla Valle, a gifted winemaker who learned her craft at some of the world’s most iconic wineries. They work alongside an illustrious team that includes Consulting Enologist Michel Rolland. Certified organic and encompassing just 20 planted acres in 18 different blocks, the Dalla Valle vineyards overlook the Napa Valley floor from a hillside terrace 400 feet above the Silverado Trail and have been farmed organically since 2007. Beginning in 2019, the team began the shift to biodynamic farming. There are just three estate wines produced each year, from specific vineyard blocks. The flagship wine, “Maya”, is a special blend of Maya’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and selected blocks of Cabernet Franc - a wine of extraordinary character and complexity.
