山岳地帯トレンティーノ地方のメッツォロンバルドに位置する家族経営のワイナリー、アジエンダ・アグリコーラ・フォラドーリは1901年に設立されました。現在は、エリザベッタ・フォラドーリとその子供たち、エミリオ、テオ、ミルタ・ツィーロックが経営を担っています。
エリザベッタと故夫ライナー・ツィーロックは、この地域の古来のブドウ品種テロルデゴの保存と再生に多大な貢献をし、その原種を栽培してきました。現在、ワイナリーは29ヘクタールの多様な土壌を持つブドウ畑で、テロルデゴ、マンツォーニ・ビアンコ、ノジオラ、ピノ・グリージョを栽培しています。生物多様性と土壌の健康を重視するフォラドーリ一家は、ブドウ畑の周囲に果樹や生垣を植え、家畜を再び飼育するなど、積極的に農業に取り組んでいます。 2002年からバイオダイナミック農法を実践し、2009年にはICEAとデメターの認証を取得しました。

持続可能なバイオダイナミック農法と伝統的なワイン醸造法を組み合わせ、テロワールを最大限に表現するために最小限の介入にとどめる哲学を貫いています。発酵は温度管理を行わず、天然酵母のみで行われます。ワインはアカシア樽、オーク樽、オープンタンク、粘土製アンフォラ、セメント槽、ステンレスタンクなど、様々な容器で醸造・熟成されます。すべてのワインは無濾過で瓶詰めされます。
伝統的な手法と革新的なアプローチを融合させたアジエンダ・アグリコーラ・フォラドリの卓越したワインは、その力強さと純粋さで知られています。

Located in Mezzolombardo, in the mountainous Trentino region, family-owned Azienda Agricola Foradori was established in 1901. Today, it is helmed by Elisabetta Foradori and her children Emilio, Theo and Myrtha Zierock.

Elisabetta and her late husband, Rainer Zierock, made outstanding contributions to preserving and regenerating the region’s ancient Teroldego grape variety through the cultivation of its original genetic strains. The estate now cultivates Teroldego, Manzoni Bianco, Nosiola and Pinot Grigio on 29 hectares of vineyards with varied soil types. With a strong focus on biodiversity and soil health, the family has planted fruit trees and hedges around their vineyards and reintroduced animals to the estate. They have been farming biodynamically since 2002 and gained ICEA and Demeter certification in 2009. 

Sustainable, biodynamic viticulture is paired with traditional winemaking and a philosophy that embodies minimal intervention for full terroir expression. Fermentations are driven entirely by indigenous yeasts, without temperature control. The wines are vinified and aged in an array of vessels, including acacia and oak casks and open-top tanks, clay amphorae, cement vats and some stainless steel. All wines are bottled without filtration.
