醸造：コート・シャロネーズとコート・ド・ボーヌ南部の2区画のブドウを使用。樹齢　25～35年。ブドウを12℃に冷却し除伷せずに直接圧搾。ステンレス（70％）と樽（30％）で12日発酵、MLF無し、10ヶ月熟成。

リンゴや柑橘、花のアロマ。アタックは爽やかで美しいミネラルを備えた瑞々しいワインです。

ラベル：イングランド女王メアリー1世。スペインのフィリップ王子と結婚してブルゴーニュ公爵夫人に。

Grape Variety: 100% Aligoté
Vinification: Grapes from two parcels, one in the Côte Chalonnaise and the other in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune. The vines are 25 to 35 years old. The grapes were cooled to 12°C and pressed directly without de-stemming. Fermentation in stainless steel (70%) and barrels (30%) for 12 days, no MLF, 10 months aging.

Aromas of apple, citrus and flowers. The attack is fresh and lush with beautiful minerality.
