昔アルザス地方で高貴品種の組み合わせから造られるワインをジョンティと呼んでいた伝統を復活させたワインです。ジョンティにはピノ・グリのボディ、ゲヴルツトラミナーのスパイシーなフレーヴァー、リースリングのフィネス、ミュスカの果実味、そしてシルヴァーナーの爽やかさが見事に調和しています。
