ノースコーストの冷涼な畑のシャルドネを使用することで自然な酸とバランスを保っています。土壌は浅く、ブドウの根が地中深くまで伸ばせないことから、エネルギーは全て果実にいき、林檎、洋ナシ、ミネラル、スパイスを感じる濃縮したフレーヴァーを楽しむことができます。
