フレッシュで強烈なアプリコット、桃、林檎に乾燥したカモミール、白い花、ヴァニラが香りミネラル感、特に黒鉛がワインをエレガントに仕上げています。口に含むとスムーズで丸く飲みやすく、マンゴやパパイヤ、セージやタイムなどの良質なハーブのニュアンスを持つ長い余韻が続きます。ヘーゼルナッツを連想させるフィニッシュはこの品種の特徴です。
