極めて希少なワインで、樹齢40年のブドウから最良の年にのみ造られます。ボトルの中で長い熟成を経る事で類まれなる優美さと繊細さが生まれ、まさに交響曲のようなワインです。複雑な味わいのソースを使った魚料理がぴったりマッチします。地方：アルザス産地：アルザス品種：リースリング100％醸造：手摘みで収穫後プレスし、温度管理をしたタンクか大樽で発酵。春に瓶詰めし、リリースまで瓶熟。
