リースリングは白ワインのピノ・ノワールとも言えます。この品種はヒューゲルのブドウの中で最も気難しく、最も熟すのが遅い品種です。辛口でエレガント、一番傾斜の激しい斜面の畑において、最も複雑なミネラルを備えた素晴らしい個性を表現します。
