スモーキーでスパイシーな香りはブラックフルーツ、トースト、ダークチョコレート、シガーボックス。味わいは骨格がしっかりとしていて、チェリー、ブラックカラント、プルーンなどのブラックフルーツやレッドフルーツの豊かな果実味に加え、わずかにダークチョコレートや新鮮な紅茶の葉のニュアンスも感じます。

品種：カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン33％、サンソー33％、カリニャン33％
醸造：9ヶ月セメントタンクにて発酵、熟成、その後1年フレンチオークで熟成、30％新樽。ブレンド後、9ヶ月タンクで熟成させて瓶詰め。さらに3～4年瓶熟させ収穫から7年後にリリース。
Dark blood red colour with a rich, fragrant fruit nose; mulberries, black cherries, plums with a hint of mocha. The palate is full, intense and concentrated, characterised by black forest-fruits with elegant spice. The tannins are soft and juicy and a long finish.
