ブラックカラントやプラム、ダークチョコレートの力強くエレガントなアロマ。官能的な成熟した赤い果実やスパイスの味わいにトースト香やメンソールのニュアンスも。レースのようにきめ細かいタンニンとシルキーでフレッシュな舌触りが長く美しく続きます。品種:メルロー主体、カベルネ・フラン醸造:サステイナブルな畑から区画ごとに手摘みで収穫。丁寧に選果し除梗後更に選果。10~30%全房使用。区画ごとに40%バリック、60%木の発酵槽で発酵させ、18ヶ月樽熟成(新樽33%)。The wine has an intense purple color and delivers nice black fruit scents. In the palate, it has a pleasant aromatic strength and a beautiful finesse in the tannins.Varietal: Merlot, Cabernet Franc
