繊細で軽やかな泡。アカシアなどフローラルな香りにブリオッ シュやトリュフのニュアンスも。ブドウの酸と糖が高い特別な 年にのみ醸造。トリプル・ゼロとは、補糖、リキュール・ド・ティ ラージュの添加、ドザージュを一切しないことに由来します。
