ブラックカラントやベリー、小さな赤や黒い果実を思わせるアロマティックなワイン。熟成に従い甘草や野性的なニュアンスも。素晴らしく滑らかなテクスチャーに酸とタンニンがしっかりと溶け込んだ、パワフルな味わいです。
地方：ブルゴーニュ
産地：ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン
品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：手摘みで収穫し丁寧に選果。除伷しステンレスタンクで3週間低温マセラシオン後アルコール発酵。日に2、3回温度調整をしながら攪拌。新樽30％にて15ヶ月熟成。

Dense wild-cherry fruit, mostly red fruit on the nose. Punchy and sweet middleweight earth-inflected flavors that offer fine length.
