濃密なルビーレッド。カシスなどの様々な赤や黒の果実の凝縮したアロマはシャンベルタンを連想させます。味わいはやや力強く、まろやかなタンニンと豊かな酸を感じます。地方：ブルゴーニュ産地：ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン品種：ピノ・ノワール醸造：手摘みで収穫し丁寧に選果。18～23日にわたる低温マセレーション後アルコール発酵。最大30%新樽を使用し15～18ヶ月熟成。
