コルトン丘の北東に位置する急勾配の畑、痩せた石灰岩土壌。平均樹齢30年。350ℓの樽で発酵。澱と共に新樽(50%)と古樽(50%)で12ヶ月熟成後、ステンレスタンクで3ヶ月熟成。清澄をせず、ろ過を行いビオディナミカレンダーの果実の日に瓶詰め。

リンゴ、柑橘、ストーンフルーツ、花の表情豊かなアロマ。ボリュームがあり、アロマティックで力強いミネラルと澱に由来する旨味を感じます。
