樹齢27年。緩やかな傾斜の丘の麓の粘土石灰岩土壌。350ℓの樽で発酵とMLF。新樽(100%)で12ヶ月熟成後、ステンレスタンクで3ヶ月熟成。清澄をせず、ろ過を行いビオディナミカレンダーの果実の日に瓶詰め。
