コルトンの丘の麓にある畑、樹齢約60年。大樽、アンフォラ、古樽で澱とともに14ヶ月熟成後、アッサンブラージュしアンフォラで澱とともに10ヶ月熟成。さらにステンレスタンクで3ヶ月熟成し合計27ヶ月熟成。清澄・ろ過はせずビオディナミカレンダーの果実の日に瓶詰め。
