山の石灰質土壌で太平洋からの風の影響を感じ、焦点が明確に定まった味わい。林檎、レモンの皮、オレンジクリーム、白い花々、ミネラルの特徴が感じられます。

品種：シャルドネ100％
醸造：100％マロラクティック発酵。2区画の段々畑のブドウでクローン4とディジョン・クローン76のフィールドブレンド。圧搾後、24時間冷却清澄。フレンチオークで、約80％が天然酵母により発酵。澱と共に熟成し、毎週バトナージュを行う。フレンチオーク(新樽約20％)で14カ月熟成。
The resulting wine shows great focus, epitomizing nature of the Eden Rift Estate. The calcareous, mountain soil. The wind off the Pacific. The tension of the faultline. It is bright with notes of gala apple, lemon peel, orange cream, white flowers and mineral notes.
