地方：ボルドー
産地：ポムロール
品種：メルロー主体、カベルネ・フラン
醸造：最大2日間、午後に手摘みでブドウを収穫後、破砕前に選別を行います。発酵は優しく過度な抽出はせず、温度管理をしたコンクリートタンクで行います。ブレンドは多くの場合メルローのみですが、12月に決定し100%新樽で熟成。
