4ha、カンポ・ロタリアーノに位置する樹齢70年を超える古いぺルゴラ仕立ての3つの畑、砂利と小石を含む沖積土。大型開放槽で発酵後、15ヶ月樽熟成。ザクロとブドウは原産地が同じで地中海沿岸では一緒に栽培されることが多いためグラナート(ザクロ)と命名。

野生のベリー、グリルしたハーブ、灰に加え、ほんのり動物性ムスクのアロマ。爽やかな酸と共にブラックベリーやサワーチェリーのフレーヴァーが広がり、エネルギーと若さを感じるワインです。
