キャンティ・クラシコの繊細さと飲みやすさを兼ね備えながらも、スーパータスカンのような凝縮感も感じられるワインです。

産地：キャンティ・クラシコ
品種：サンジョヴェーゼ主体、カベルネ・ソーヴィニョン、シラー、その他
醸造：チェパレッロの樽の中で最良の樽のみを厳選し、若干のシラーとカベルネ・フランをブレンド。4年樽熟成(2年小樽2年大樽)させ、さらに4年瓶で熟成。
This wine is complex, fresh, and elegant with good acidity and mature tannins thanks to the long hanging time and the slow grape ripening process. Very classic difficult vintage with some very high peaks.
