全房発酵による特徴がしっかりと混ざり合い、小さな赤い果実やバラの花びら、微かにトリュフの香りなど、全房がしっかりと混ざり合いクリーンでチャーミングなブーケ。瑞々しく熟した赤や黒い果実や牡蠣殻のニュアンスからフィニッシュにほのかにスパイスを感じます。
地方：ブルゴーニュ
産地：シャンボール・ミュジニー
品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：平均樹齢55年の畑から手摘みで収穫。30%全房発酵。発酵期間3週間。新樽50%で20ヶ月熟成。
Always this same consistency, the fruit very present, is raised by certain promptness. The mouth is still on an acid register but compensated already well by the fat. Light ruby red color. The nose is complex, floral, and delicate. The palate is fresh and balanced with fine tannins and good length.
