品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：ジュヴレ・シャンベルタンのシャン・フラン区画のブドウ。石灰岩に粘土を含む砂が加わる土壌。1986年に植樹。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。若干のピジャージュ。60〜70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35〜40%)で16〜18ヶ月。清澄やろ過はせず、月齢カレンダーに従い瓶詰め。
Easy to drink, fruity, with a gourmet, crisp side. The result is deliciously seductive.
