産地：ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン
品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：薄い層の白いマールが石灰岩を覆う土壌。1981年に植樹。標高340～380m。低温でマセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。ヴィンテージの個性に応じてピジャージュ。60～70%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽35～40%)で16～18ヶ月。清澄やろ過はせず、月齢カレンダーに従い瓶詰め。
