粘土石灰岩で化石化した貝の多いマールが混ざる土壌。1950～95年に植樹。低温マセラシオン後、天然酵母で発酵。1日3～4回のピジャージュ。35%全房発酵。熟成は樽(新樽30%)で16～18ヶ月。

古樹のブドウから造られる洗練されたワイン。複雑で素晴らしくエレガントな味わい。様々な赤い果実やスパイスのアロマ。しっかりとしたストラクチャーを兼ね備えたワインです。
