濃密な香りからとてもスパイシーで、胡椒、高貴なオークの特徴がブラックカラントのような果実と共に広がります。ヴォリューム感があり味わいは新鮮で、明確なアタック、エレガントで肉厚なタンニンをもちます。フィニッシュにはミネラル、スミレのようなフローラルのアロマ、小さな赤いベリーが表れる繊細で複雑なワインです。

醸造：ビオディナミ農法に適した全房発酵。12ヶ月の樽熟成期間は澱を攪拌し、多糖類を抽出。
Attractive aromas of ripe raspberries, dark berries, vanilla, smoke, oak with red fruit. Light-to-medium-bodied, dry and crunchy on the palate with intense flavors of cranberries, some floral notes of violets, a hint of playful earthy Pinosity and a touch of peppery spice.
