醸造： 全房圧搾によりリッチでふくよかな味わいを引きだす。タンクでアルコール発酵後、樽に移す。12ヶ月の熟成中、澱を攪拌。澱はアロマの元となる物質、前駆体を含み、攪拌することでアロマ前駆体を抽出する。Fresh, crusty, spiced and chiseled on beautifully ripe and flavourful fruit notes. Salivating and digestible on the finish.
