・エリザベス・スペンサー / メンドシーノ・シャルドネ 2022 (5,500円)
熟したネクタリンやメロン、スイカズラのフレッシュなアロマ。柔らかな口当たりで桃、イチジク、キャラメルに加えクレームブリュレのフレーヴァーが広がります。長い余韻を伴う果実味溢れる華やかなワインです。

フルーツとともに、シャルドネ固有のヘーゼルナッツの香りも感じます。味わいには熟したピーチと鉱物的な特徴も感じ、口の中をリフレッシュさせます。魚や甲殻類によく合います。
