醸造:赤い粘土とシレックス土壌の単一区画“レ・ランド”のブドウを手摘みで収穫。除伷後破砕せずにコンクリートタンクでマセラシオン・カルボニック。22℃で天然酵母による発酵、30日スキンコンタクト。圧搾後古いバリックで18ヶ月熟
成。SO2不使用。
This exceptional wine was born in 2014. It comes from a plot of red clay and flint which gives the grapes a strong identity. Here we use a little more extraction during the maceration, whilst ensuring a gentle touch to preserve the velvety, fine tannins. The juice is subsequently aged for 18 months in barrels. This is a silky, dense, complex, and very giving wine.
