南/南東向き、砂岩土壌、馬耕による土壌管理、3品種の混植。除梗後48～72時間マセラシオン、卵型コンクリートタンクで天然酵母により発酵、空気圧プレス後同タンクで20ヶ月熟成、4～6ヶ月瓶熟、自然清澄、ろ過、清澄なし。ChiesaNeraは黒い教会を意味する畑名。

熟した白い果実や野生のハーブにレモンや蜜柑が加わった芳醇なアロマ。口に含むと柑橘や豊かなハーブのフレーヴァーが広がり、緻密で余韻の長い優雅な味わいのワインです。
