南東向き、砂岩土壌、馬耕による土壌管理、8品種の混植。70%除梗、大樽で天然酵母により発酵、ピジャージュを行いながら30日間マセラシオン、空気圧プレス後10ヶ月樽熟成、アンフォラで10ヶ月熟成、更に4～6ヶ月瓶熟、軽いろ過、清澄なし。ChiesaNeraは黒い教会を意味する畑名。
