深いルビー色で縁が紫を帯びた2018年「レ・パヴォ」は、新鮮に咲いたスミレの洗練されたブーケ、ブルーベリーやボイセンベリーの甘いトーンに溢れ、ガリーグや砕いた石のミネラルがシンクロしています。ブラックベリーパイやストロベリーの果実の香りが、タバコやシガーボックスの香ばしさと見事なコントラストを描いています。若いうちから楽しめるLes Pavotsは、ワイナリーのテロワールを見事に表現しており、20年間は優雅に進化し続けることでしょう。
