ブリオッシュ、ほのかなスパイス、アカシアやボタンのようなフローラルのアロマと共に白桃と柑橘類の香りが広がります。とてもまろやかな味わいで、緊張感があり繊細でエレガントな泡沫と共に柑橘類、甘草、スパイス、レモンの特徴が良いミネラルと共に表れます。ドザージュ約2.4g/ℓ

品種：ピノ・ノワール100%
醸造：30、50hlのタンクで区画ごとに仕込む。ステンレスタンクのみ使用、３年瓶熟成。
Nose: Powerful and complex, marked by notes of cherry, red berries, and plum. Evolving with aeration into notes of acacia, licorice, and slightly toasted aromas.
Palate: Elegant and structured. Verzenay terroir with its deep soil expresses all its power in this Pinot Noir. The 2014 harvest is perfectly incarnated with a great tension featuring red fruits, cherry, licorice, and mint flavors. Very persistent, warm on the finish with a beautiful touch of salinity.
