醸造:手摘みで樹木1本あたり最高1kgまで収量制限。温度管理したステンレスタンクで7〜10日発酵後、密閉したステンレスタンクで10〜14日マセレーション、500ℓのフレンチオークで12ヶ月熟成。ステンレスタンクで6ヶ月、64hlのスラヴォニアンオークで6ヶ月熟成。
Lovely balance between supple fruit and savory structure on the nose. The palate has cherry, tobacco, spice and tar notes, leading onto chewy, textural tannins. A lovely wine and great value!
