醸造：手摘みで収穫し丁寧に選果。18～23日にわたる低温マセラシオン後アルコール発酵。1～3年樽で14～16ヶ月熟成。
The structure of a Bourgogne has a quite supple and a moderated tannin. It offers many great aromas.
Perfect with grilled red meats, games, cheeses.
Serving temperature at 14°C.
