醸造：タンクと樽の両方で発酵を行い果実味を最大限に表現。タンク発酵でピュアな果実味とアロマを維持し、樽発酵でほのかなクリーミーさと余韻を与え、明るく自然な酸味、フレッシュな味わいに芳醇さと複雑さがバランスを与える。
Shows bight natural acidity and fresh flavors with underlying richness and complexity that balances the wine and adds fullness to the mouth-feel. Sauvignon Musque clone grown in the Oso Vineyard, which adds another layer of richness and expressive aromatics to the blend, starting with citrus notes with underlying pineapple and developing into orange blossom.
