エムはナパ・ヴァレーのアトラス・ピークの頂上に位置する火山岩土壌の15エーカーのシングルヴィンヤードから造られています。モンダヴィ家が1960年代後半から70年代前半に造っていたカベルネを思い起こさせるスタイルで、複雑かつ繊細、食事と一緒に楽しめ、時間とともに少しずつその姿を現し、2杯目が飲みたくなるようなワインです。
