ポマールの樹齢80～90年の自社畑(0.1ha)とムルソーの樹齢100年の契約畑(0.5ha)のブレンド。ポマールの一部のブドウは除伷し３日マセラシオン、その他は全房のまま空気圧プレスで圧搾、11ヶ月樽発酵・熟成（新樽15％）。

マセラシオンを行った10％のブドウがテクスチャーと長い余韻を、溶け込んだ新樽が複雑性を与え、鮮やかな酸がバランスを保っています。アペリティフや前菜だけでなく食中酒として楽しめるワインです。
