    醸造：除伷せずプレスした後､天然酵母を使用し樽で自然発酵。フレンチオークで澱と共に10ヶ月熟成。パンチングダウンは行わない。新樽10％。清澄はせず、ろ過を軽く行い瓶詰め。

    It is a vibrant straw color with a tinge of green. It is minerally on the nose with nuances of stone fruits and floral overtones. The Clonale Chardonnay has good texture and richness and finishes with good length and some bitter lemon flavors.
