チェリーリキュール、ブラックベリー、プラム、アニスシード、スパイスのアロマが表れ、スミレのような花の特徴が浮かび上がります。チェリー、プラム、ラズベリーのジューシーな赤い果実の風味にほのかな土とハーブの特徴、そしてしなやかなタンニンをもち、余韻の長いフィニッシュに続きます。

産地：クレア・ヴァレー
品種：シラーズ60％、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン40％
醸造：10ヶ月熟成、ステンレスタンク50％、フレンチオークの古樽50％。
Just as the two previous generations brought new and innovative viticultural and winemaking ideas to Jim Barry Wines, we are determined to forge our individual mark. We have taken inspiration from our family’s history to create this wine. Our two favorite varieties, Shiraz and Cabernet, were blended to deliver a contemporary expression of this traditional Australian style.
