ナントゥーに位置するモンターニュ・ド・クラの標高410mの畑、石灰岩が多い土壌。樹齢約20年。天然酵母を使用し228ℓの樽で発酵。澱と共に古樽(75%)と新樽(25%)で10ヶ月熟成後、ステンレスタンクで2ヶ月熟成。清澄をせず、ろ過を行いビオディナミカレンダーの果実の日に瓶詰め。

黄色の花や柑橘のアロマに加え樽のニュアンスを感じます。スリムで溌剌とした酸とフレッシュさを備えたバランスの良いワインです。
